How We Ship
All StudioReady room kits are shipped fully assembled via freight delivery. Cabinets are delivered securely packed on pallets and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1β2 weeks of purchase.
Delivery windows may vary depending on product availability, your location, and the freight carrier.
You will receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation when your order ships.
Freight Delivery Requirements
Freight deliveries require access for a large truck
Someone must be present to receive the shipment
You are responsible for unloading and inspecting the items at time of delivery
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing

All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us directly.
After that window, your order enters the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
